Dror is an experienced executive and a transformative tech leader with over 20 years of experience across the cyber and intelligence domains.
Dror joined Kayhut as part of the Strategic Planning Group and worked his way up to become the company’s CEO.
Prior to joining Kayhut, Dror was the Managing Director of a special intelligence organization in the Prime Minister’s Office, a Director of Product at Verint, and a cyber security consultant.
Dror holds an MBA from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya and a B.Sc in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University.
In his spare time, when he is not doing unbelievable things at work, Dror loves to build wood furniture and travel.
Alon has more than 30 years of experience in the intelligence and cyber security domains. His impressive track records include a long and successful service in the IDF.
Alon is an entrepreneur of several cyber security companies and was involved in the establishment of Kayhut from its first day.
Alon holds a B.A and M.A in Middle Eastern Studies from the Tel Aviv University.
In his spare time, Alon enjoys exploring new destinations around the world. He likes sports, especially soccer.
Yonit has nearly 30 years of experience in the software industry.
She has led various highly professional teams in charge of software development, devops, system architecture and design.
Prior to joining Kayhut, Yonit was a senior director of architecture at VO designing E2E digital TV solutions.
Before that she spent several years at Trivnet, a Fintech startup.
Aside from her passion to solve data challenges, Yonit enjoys outdoor activities with her family, hiking and reading books.
Lihi is an enthusiastic HR professional with over 15 years of experience in creating, developing, and leading HR strategy and programs that support a company’s vision and goals.
She is a firm believer that an organization’s success comes not only from people’s skills and abilities, but also from the organization’s ability to develop and empower its people.
Before joining Kayhut, Lihi specialized in organizational consulting, team and managers’ development, and the implementation of learning infrastructures. She started her career at Intel. Later, she worked as consultant at Lotem, a leading consulting firm, where she partnered with various companies in their effort to grow & develop.
Lihi holds a BSc in Behavioral Science, and an MBA cum laude, both from Ben Gurion University.
In her spare time, when she is not taking care of the unbelievable people at Kayhut, Lihi loves to hike, spend time with her family, and practice yoga.
With over 10 years of experience in cyber research and development at the 8200 Unit, Shmuel is proficient in operating system internals across several platforms.
Before assuming the role of VP Endpoint Solutions at Kayhut, Shmuel led one of the development groups at Kayhut in their groundbreaking work.
Prior to joining Kayhut, Shmuel led a unique team of cyber security specialists whose research and development was used for cutting edge projects at the heart of the 8200 unit.
Shmuel was awarded the 8200 Unit Outstanding Award twice during his service there for his contribution to critical and challenging cyber projects.
He enjoys listening to interesting podcasts, playing video games and spending quality time with friends and family.
Daphna is a leader in the software industry, with 20 years of experience in operational efficiency and improvement processes.
Daphna held several managerial positions at Cisco, including software development, DevOps, training production, and community management. Later, she was a Project Manager in the global PMO team at Verint.
Daphna holds an MBA from Bar Ilan University and a B.A in Computer Science from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzeliya.
In her spare time, Daphna is an enthusiastic member of a Masters Swim Club. She also loves jogging and spending time with her family and friends.
Shmulik has extensive experience in the Israeli Hi-tech scene and has held many senior management positions across the industry.
Prior to joining Kayhut, Shmulik was a co-founder and CTO of Dojo Labs (acquired by Bullguard).
Shmulik was VP of Products and VP R&D at PeerApp (Acquired by ZephyrTel).
Additional positions include VP of R&D at Vocaltec Communications and VP of Product at Kagoor Networks.
Shmulik holds a B.A in Computer Science and an MBA, both from Tel Aviv University.
In his spare time, Shmulik enjoys SUP surfing, watching NBA games, and spending time with his family.
Dana is a leader in the strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship domains.
Over the past 20 years, Dana held several executive management, teaching, and research positions, including Executive Director of the Technion’s new Entrepreneurship and Innovation Center, Assistant Professor of Strategy at Bar Ilan University, Senior Strategy Consultant at POC-Tefen, and Founding Executive Director of the Quest Scholars Program at Harvard University.
She holds a BA degree with highest honors in Psychology from Harvard University, MA in Business Research from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, and a PhD in Technology and Innovation Strategy from Stanford’s department of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
In her spare time, Dana enjoys being outdoors and traveling with her family.
Arnon is an experienced professional and a dedicated leader, with 10 years of experience in the aerospace and technology field. He gained extensive knowledge and experience in R&D roles during his tenure at the Israeli Aerospace Industry (IAI).
Arnon has a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams in the fields of embedded systems, cyber, and simulations. he has made significant contributions to the company's research and development efforts.
Arnon holds a PhD in Physics from Tel Aviv University. He joined Kayhut in 2018 and established and managed two expert teams for algorithm and simulations. He is currently the embedded group leader and is responsible for leading more than 40 engineers and developers working in 6 teams.
In his spare time, Arnon enjoys reading science fiction and fantasy
