In this role you will be:

Responding to requests for technical assistance, diagnosing and resolving technical hardware and software issues

Solving remote problems and malfunctions, managing DOMAIN privileges, etc

Be responsible for the maintenance of all computer and communication systems

Ensure the availability and stability of servers, workstations, and other IT infrastructure

Good understanding of computer systems and other technological products

Stay up to date with the latest security technology and trends

Requirements

At least 3 years of proven experience as a Helpdesk Administrator (from military service or industry)

Experience in supporting Windows OS

Knowledge of servers and workstations of Microsoft OS and Office 365 applications

Good knowledge in GPO environments, Active directory, 365 user privileges

Experience with hardware components (stationary computers, laptops, printers)

Experience in operating communication networks and network failures.

Networking knowledge and understanding of Cisco switches configuration

Fortigate FireWall Knowledge 

A team player and a strong people person with a service-oriented approach
